About Classical Hatha Yoga

Deborah teaches Classical Hatha yoga with a meditative emphasis.  Classes offer the opportunity to practice the art of synchronizing bodily movement with the breath, work with principles of alignment, and practice moving in the world with grace, integrity, clarity, and openness.

About Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga works with the principle of flowing movements.  Vinyasa classes offer the opportunity to practice moving through space with grace, fluidity and intention.  Moving with the sun salutation as a ballast in this practice, postures are dynamic and flowing, with an emphasis on breath, balance and strength.
